Here are the nominees for this week:
Mia Felice from Red Lion Christian Softball team: In a flawless performance, the second-year player threw a complete-game shutout during a 17-0 victory against MOT Charter and followed up with a no-hit effort in an 18-0 triumph over William Penn.
Bailey Maloney, Ursuline softball: During a 12-0 victory against Christiana, the upperclassman pitched a no-hitter and achieved 3 hits out of 5 at-bats, driving in 2 runs.
Max Martire, Tatnall Track and Field The young athlete tossed 184-2 to claim victory in the discus event at the Delaware Invitational.
Haley Mervine, Charter School of Wilmington Girls Soccer Team Rules As Charter triumphed over both Odyssey Charter and Middletown, the young player managed to score two goals.
Aidan Webb from the Caesar Rodney boys volleyball team: The upperclassman tallied 10 digs and 38 assists in wins against Sussex Academy and Delmarva Christian.
